The popularity of the Lebanese food is seen internationally and the Lebanese Cuisine are better termed as &#8220;health food&#8221; as the cereals and milk products are assorted most in the Lebanese preparations.<br \/>  <br \/>  In total it can be said that the food of Lebanon is of Mediterranean origin. The traditional Lebanese food is mostly prepared by the stuffs like grain, pulses, fruits, vegetables, yogurt, cheese, chick peas, nuts, aubergines, burghul and tomatoes. Each of the ingredients is used in varied ways and they end up in several mouth watering Lebanese cuisines.<br \/>  <br \/>  The Lebanese food has unique ways of preparation as sometimes the pastries are stuffed with vegetables or the vegetables are stuffed with meat. The Lebanese meal generally starts with &#8220;mezze&#8221; and it is combination of salad and nuts.
