Beirut Sivananda Yoga Center and Les Minouchets Lis’ are organizing their first Babies and Toddlers Reading gathering.<\/p>\n
Babies and toddlers are welcome, aged 6 months to 2\/3 years old. <\/p>\n
What you will do<\/b>
Because it’s the first time gathering your babies or toddlers, the first circle will be about experience. Each mum can bring with her a book or the nursery rhymes of her choice, in any langage. <\/p>\n
In the yoga hall, you will do a semi-circle with your kids. The reader will come in the center of the semi-circle, show the book, the images, adopting a musical tone while she\/he reads and try to use the body as well to express the words (hands, lips, face, any part of the body)<\/p>\n
All langages are encouraged. You will read in Arabic, French or in English, but any other language is a plus for the others and to open the horizons.<\/p>\n
You will start with a small introduction then read for about 30 minutes.Then you will have a small snack (juices and cookies, for those who wish we can also make tea or coffee). The last part of the hour will be dedicated to sharing your impressions, your doubts or suggestions to improve the experience.<\/p>\n
