With over 20 years of experience in teaching, she earned her coaching certificate in 1994 and since has been giving classes to people from all walks of life. <br \/>  <br \/>  With a 1-month subscription to professional classes, kids can benefit in multiple ways. Some of the benefits include physical coordination, flexibility, balance and mental acumen. Moreover, the art teaches kids how to improve their self-awareness, discipline, focus, patience and integrity, just to name a few.
