The main attraction is their wide variety of oysters at the oyster bar, where you can choose from English, Japanese, and even champagne poached oysters. The drinks menu is equally impressive. If you\u2019re feeling adventurous, try their \u2018Irish Sailor\u2019, a whiskey oyster marriage that includes lemon, balsamic brine, Irish whiskey, dry ice, orange blossom spray, salt, and yes, an oyster.
