The Center for Civic Engagement and Community Service (CCECS), in collaboration with the Office of Students Affairs and the Student Representative Committees, invites you to participate in the Volunteering Fair 2011.<\/p>\n

The Volunteering Fair is an annual event that aims at connecting non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and AUB centers or groups that are involved in community work, with students, faculty, and staff. The fair will include stands where NGOs and university partners will spread their message, raise awareness about their achievements, provide information about their projects related to civic engagement and community service\/development, and convey their future aspirations. In return, they hope to receive the support they need and to recruit eager volunteers who will also benefit from their volunteering experience.<\/p>\n

In addition, the auditorium will be reserved for specialized and focused trainings. Organizations will be given the option to conduct trainings relevant to their field of work. The list of trainings will be announced ahead of time and students will be asked to register. At the end of the training, all students will be provided with certificates.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
