Tabbouleh is a salad, originally Lebanese that has become one of the most popular dishes in the middle east. <\/p>\n

Launched internationally on Saturday, 7 July 2001 by Ricardo Mbarkho, Tabbouleh Day allowed one to make a tabbouleh at home and send a picture to a common forum. Since 2007, it has become an official event in Lebanon, held at Souk el Tayeb.<\/p>\n

This year you can also participate in the best Tabbouleh Competition held in three different categories:<\/p>\n

– Traditional Tabbouleh
– Winter Tabbouleh
– Creative Tabbouleh<\/p>\n
