Ikea is under fire for deleting women from their furniture catalogue (the Saudi version.)<\/p>\n

Instead of appearing as a family unit, the made-for-Saudi pictures show only men and children, with all the women airbrushed out. The Swedish brand company expressed regret over their decision, stating<\/a> “We should have reacted and realized that excluding women from the Saudi Arabian version of the catalogue is in conflict with the IKEA Group values.”<\/p>\n

Its worth mentioning that the women were all pretty modest looking. Check out the before and after photos for yourself here<\/a> and pass your own judgement.<\/p>\n
