@Skytwitius<\/a>, the monument features stacks upon stacks of crushed tanks embedded in what appears to be cement, with their guns aimed forward in unity. To me, the structure seems to symbolize the passing of war, in that time will change and pain and wounds will vanish and heal. To others, the tanks might be a symbol of strength, or military prowess.
