I mean, in the back of my mind, I knew falafel’s were deep fried; that’s how they get their crunchy crisp flavor and their golden exterior. But I guess I never pictured them roasting in a tub of boiling hot oil. <\/p>\n

Just take a look at this picture, tweeted by @thenarcicyst<\/a>, and you’ll see what I mean. I half expect to hear them screaming out for their lives as they burn, with high-pitched Arab voices going “sa3deeni!”<\/p>\n
