If anything, it really speaks to the fact that people are freaking the f*ck out in Lebanon\u2019s northern port city.<br \/>  <br \/>  \u201cPoliticians can eat my shit\u201d and \u201cdamn their fathers.\u201d That\u2019s what a Lebanese cab driver told LBCI news on Tuesday when asked about the escalating situation.<br \/>  <br \/>  In LBC\u2019s report, the man identifies himself as \u201cAbou El Ghadab,\u201d which means, \u201cFather of Anger\u201d and goes on to describe what he\u2019s seeing in Tripoli. \u201cKids are dead in the streets,\u201d he says, adding, \u201cwhere are the politicians, where are the deputies, where are the people?\u201d <br \/>  <br \/>  \u201cPoliticians can eat my shit. I dare them, God damn their fathers,\u201d he concludes.<br \/>  <br \/>  Abu Anger&#8217;s growing fanbase created the facebook page <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/aboulghadab.tripoli?fref=tck\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\">&#8220;Abu El Ghadab Represents Me&#8221;<\/a> to show their resentment at the current situation in Tripoli.<br \/>  <br \/>  The <i>Daily Star<\/i> newspaper <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailystar.com.lb\/News\/Politics\/2013\/May-22\/217950-heavy-shelling-batters-north-lebanons-tripoli.ashx#ixzz2U15UcdlI\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\">reports<\/a> that 10 people, including two soldiers, have been killed and more than 70 wounded since violence broke out on Sunday after Assad regime forces launched a military offensive on the Syrian town of Qusayr near
