There are currently no laws against animal abuse in Lebanon.<br \/>  <br \/>  <b>Post-edit:<\/b> On Wednesday, Nemr Abou Nassar released a video which shows the cat safe and sound at Animals Lebanon, Hammoud and Jallad explaining themselves to Animals Lebanon President Lana El Khalil, and a message from Abou Nassar himself concerning his involvement with this case and encouraging others to take
