Dubbed \u201cLego for the iPad generation\u201d, littleBits aims to inspire the kids of today to build, prototype, and experiment with electronics, so that they can become the innovators of the future.<br \/>  <br \/>  <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/img1.beirut.com\/GetImage\/lb\/article\/29710\/500x300\"><br \/>  <br \/>  The company was established in 2011 by Lebanese interactive artist, engineer, and entrepreneur Ayah Bdeir, who grew up between Lebanon and Canada, earning a masters degree from the MIT Media Lab and Computer Engineering and Sociology undergraduate degrees from the American University of Beirut. She has received various awards and honors, even being invited to speak at TED, a forum showcasing some of the world\u2019s brightest minds.<br \/>  <br \/>  Earlier this month, littleBits introduced its latest additions to its growing collection of electronic modules: the littleBits Synth Kit. Made in collaboration with legendary Japanese musical hardware manufacturers Korg, these modules are components of a modular synthesizer, each serving a unique function, and just as with other
