A pet peeve (having virtually nothing to do with pets) is a small annoyance that irritates someone, mostly related to social behavior or personal hygiene. Here are some of the things that annoy me. Feel free to add yours in the comments section!<\/p>\n

1. Karaoke… and people who enjoy it.<\/b><\/big><\/big><\/p>\n

2. Low dialogue\/loud music in movies.<\/b><\/big><\/big><\/p>\n

3. When people say \u2018febuary\u2019 instead of February. That\u2019s not what it\u2019s called. <\/b><\/big><\/big><\/p>\n

4. People who go to London for a semester and come back with the accent. Stop. <\/b><\/big><\/big><\/p>\n

5. People wearing sunglasses indoors. Sorry, but you\u2019re an ape. <\/b><\/big><\/big><\/p>\n

6. PeOpLe WhO TypE lyK DiS.<\/b><\/big><\/big><\/p>\n

7. Couples who sit next to each other when they\u2019re alone in a restaurant instead of across from each other. <\/b><\/big><\/big><\/p>\n

8. People who keep their sounds on while they text (that Samsung whistle sound!)<\/b><\/big><\/big><\/p>\n

9. People who don’t pick up when you call them one second after missing their call.<\/b><\/big><\/big><\/p>\n

10. Being put on hold.<\/b><\/big><\/big><\/p>\n

11. Being put on hold with crappy music.<\/b><\/big><\/big><\/p>\n

12. Being put on hold with crappy music and having the music get lower and you think someone will pick up, but then you just hear more music.<\/b><\/big><\/big><\/p>\n

13. People who ask you to take off your shoes before you enter their house. I wasn\u2019t wading through a pool of the Ebola virus before I came over.<\/b><\/big><\/big><\/p>\n

14. When people drive with their high beams in your face.<\/b><\/big><\/big><\/p>\n

15. People who post attention-seeking statuses on Facebook like, \u201cIt\u2019s OvEr, gooDBye.\u201d NOBODY CARES. <\/b><\/big><\/big><\/p>\n

16. People saying they\u2019re OCD in order to make themselves seem more interesting. <\/b><\/big><\/big><\/p>\n

17. When somebody makes you watch a video on their phone and it is a million minutes long and you want to die.<\/b><\/big><\/big><\/p>\n

18. People who shake their leg uncontrollably. I\u2019ll amputate it for you and make life easier for the both of us.<\/b><\/big><\/big><\/p>\n

19. People who swipe when you show them a picture on your phone. <\/b><\/big><\/big><\/p>\n

20. People who talk to other people while you’re on the phone with them.<\/b><\/big><\/big><\/p>\n

21. People who dress their children up sexily.<\/b><\/big><\/big><\/p>\n

22. The slurping whirlwind sound people make when they suck on a beverage that is already done. Let it go or order a new one.<\/b><\/big><\/big><\/p>\n

23. People who stand really close behind you in the line: I can hear your heartbeat, why don’t you back off.<\/b><\/big><\/big><\/p>\n

24. People who put their napkin on the plate when they\u2019re done eating. Why?<\/b><\/big><\/big><\/p>\n

25. When a store clerk tries to convince you that your life sucks and you look like crap, but this skin cream can fix it all. <\/b><\/big><\/big><\/p>\n

26. When shopkeepers follow you around their store. Bitch, chill – I’m not going to steal your $3 candles!<\/b><\/big><\/big><\/p>\n

27. Waiters that linger around your table. Do you want to sit down in my lap and have a bite of steak?<\/b><\/big><\/big><\/p>\n

28. Self-important women who make pet peeve lists that are far too long. <\/b><\/big><\/big><\/p>\n
