The world doesn\u2019t owe you anything, don&#8217;t act like it does. <br \/>  <br \/>  2. Knowing and loving yourself comes before knowing and loving someone else.<br \/>  <br \/>  3. Sometimes, there is a thrill in staying in and watching TV with your dog on a Friday night. But you should probably do other stuff too. <br \/>  <br \/>  4. Let yourself fall in love, it\u2019s worth the risk. But when you fall out of love, don\u2019t read old text messages.<br \/>  <br \/>  5. Your close friends are worth the extra work as you grow older.<br \/>  <br \/>  6. Spending time with your parents is not only necessary, but fun too.<br \/>  <br \/>  7. It&#8217;s time to loosen the purse strings when it comes to alcohol. If you\u2019re going to drink, do it well. <br \/>  <br \/>  8. If you center your happiness around another person, you\u2019ll never be truly happy.<\/b><br \/>  <br \/>  <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/img.pandawhale.com\/52374-Leslie-Knope-wedding-gif--Pand-7vwQ.gif\" width=\"100%\"><br \/>  <br \/>  <b>9. Social media can be fun, but hold off on that fourth outfit of the day post. Nobody really cares.<br \/>  <br \/>  10. It won&#8217;t matter what you decide to major in, as long as you do it well.<br \/>  <br \/>  11. The easiest way to get someone to shut up, is to start talking about your menstrual cycle.<br \/>  <br \/>  12. Enjoy your body while you can. It&#8217;s good to you, be good to it.<br \/>  <br \/>  13. When facing the choice of being kind or being right, choose being kind.<br \/>  <br \/>  14. Supporting yourself is the biggest reward.<br \/>  <br \/>  15. Get your dating a bad boy\/bad girl phase out of the way before you hit 25.<br \/>  <br \/>  16. Stop being a doormat to anyone or anything.<\/b><br \/>  <br \/>  <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ed_wp-content_v2.s3.amazonaws.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/I-understand-nothing.gif\" width=\"100%\"><br \/>  <br \/>  <b>17. Learn how to apologize when you&#8217;re wrong.<br \/>  <br \/>  18. There&#8217;s plenty of time to find the one and even more time to get married. Stop acting like you have an expiration date.<br \/>  <br \/>  19. Care more about how you feel than how you look.<br \/>  <br \/>  20. Don&#8217;t live in the past or the future, neither of them exists.<br \/>  <br \/>  21. Getting blackout drunk lost its charm after sophomore year. Adapt.<br \/>  <br \/>  22. Seek as little approval from society as possible; they won\u2019t be around on your deathbed.<br \/>  <br \/>  23. If more than one of your roommates has been horrible, you\u2019re the horrible roommate. <br \/>  <br \/>  24. The things you worry obsessively about will most likely never happen; worse things probably will \u2013 but you\u2019ll get through them. <\/b>    <figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images
