Letting go can be hard, but what\u2019s even more difficult, is staying in a relationship that\u2019s headed nowhere. <\/p>\n

Sometimes it\u2019s your friends and family telling you he’s not the one. Other times, you know the truth, and choose to ignore all the red flags. Here are a few signs it\u2019s time to let him go.<\/p>\n

1. He shows absolutely no interest in your future together<\/big><\/big><\/b>

Trying to dodge your entire family\u2019s constant questioning about when you\u2019re getting married is bad enough. Not knowing if you even have a chance at a future with the man you’re dating is one of the biggest signs it\u2019s time to let him go. He\u2019ll probably say something along the lines of: \u201cI\u2019m not looking for anything serious now.\u201d If he can\u2019t be serious, why should you? Besides, aren\u2019t you tired of your mother\u2019s constant nagging?<\/p>\n

2. You keep feeling the need to check his phone<\/big><\/big><\/b>

Chances are, if you constantly feel like something fishy is going on, something fishy is most probably going on. Just ask to see his phone once. Tell him you just want to see the picture he took of you at Bodo last night. His reaction will tell you everything you need to know.<\/p>\n

3. You spend too much time trying to change him<\/big><\/big><\/b>

Give up. He\u2019s not going to budge. What\u2019s the point anyway? It\u2019ll be like dating a walking checklist. Give it time, you\u2019ll find someone better. <\/p>\n

If it has become a routine and you shouldn’t be miserable to begin with. Take your friends\u2019 advice: You can do better.<\/p>\n

8. You\u2019re fantasizing about someone else<\/big><\/big><\/b>

Your teacher, neighbor, some random dude you met at the club. If you\u2019re spending more time thinking about another guy than you\u2019re thinking about him, you need to face the facts and understand that maybe he isn\u2019t enough to keep you happy and satisfied. And if you\u2019re beating yourself up about why you didn\u2019t get cute guy\u2019s number from the club last weekend, you need to let him go sooner.<\/p>\n
