Today there are probably six plastic surgeons working on my neighbor this afternoon. Needless to say, supply and demand for plastics has grown exponentially. <br \/>  <br \/>  But believe it or not, there was a time when Lebanese women retained their original noses; cartilage was intact, bridges were bumpy, and nostrils were wide enough to allow normal breathing. Then the small nose craze swept the world and women became obsessed with having cute button noses, and Lebanese women were no exception.   <br \/>  <br \/>  Before Lebanese women began earning their \u201cnose bandage of honor,\u201d faces were more interesting; noses were stronger and proportional to the rest of the features.
