Sometimes though, towards the end of the month, our dining experiences can turn from indulging in lavish (and expensive) meals to counting coppers and trying to find a restaurant that offers quality and deliciousness without an exorbitant bill following the meal. And having been in that *ahem* \u201cdelicate\u201d situation many a time, I\u2019ve come to have a few go-to restaurants in mind when I\u2019m looking for a budget-friendly meal that doesn\u2019t sacrifice taste or quality.<\/big><br \/>  <br \/>  <b><big><big>Cup &#038; Roll<\/b><\/big><\/big><br \/>  <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.beirut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/43053-4.png\" width=\"100%\"><br \/>  <big><a href=\"https:\/\/www.beirut.com\/l\/28889\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\">Cup &#038; Roll<\/a> has gone from a tiny home business to a full-fledged franchise in less than a year, and it\u2019s not without cause. The menu offers small cups of dough filled with all kinds of deliciousness, both savory and sweet, which are guaranteed to successfully satisfy any craving you may have, for a bargain! Indeed, the price of these goes from 1,750 LBP to 2,250 LBP a piece, so you can eat as much as you\u2019d like and still end up with a small bill! They have branches in Zalka and Hamra, and provide both catering for events and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zomato.com\/beirut\/cup-and-roll-zalka-metn\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\">home deliveries <\/a> from 10AM to 11PM. You can even <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cupandroll.com\/order\/landing.php\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\">order online<\/a>!<\/big><br \/>  <br \/>  <br \/>  <b><big><big>Rod\u2019s Burger<\/b><\/big><\/big><br \/>  <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.beirut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/43053-250x155.png\" width=\"100%\"><br \/>  <big>\u201cPrepare to be addicted\u201d, it says on their menu, and I have to agree! When you\u2019re in the mood for that ultimate burger, look no further than <a href=\"www.beirut.com\/l\/21817\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\">Rod&#8217;s Burger<\/a>. While they have the regular varieties, they also offer their own twists on burgers, so if you\u2019re in an adventurous mood, go for one of their signature burgers, like the Porky burger or the Brie burger! Dine-in or delivery, the quality is excellent and the taste even better, all for a small fee!<\/big><br \/>  <br \/>  <br \/>  <b><big><big>Gout 9<\/b><\/big><\/big><br \/>  <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.beirut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/43053-1-250x124.png\" width=\"100%\"><br \/>  <big>From its convenient location in Achrafieh, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gout9.com\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\"> Gout 9 <\/a> really has it all. From a rich breakfast menu to two daily \u201cPlat du jour\u201d options, it offers a wide variety of platters, salads, and sandwiches, and even has a special discount menu for students. For a quick, delicious and budget-friendly bite with a French theme, Gout 9 is the place to go, especially for students who eat out almost every day.<\/big><br \/>  <br \/>  <br \/>  <b><big><big>Pizza Della Casa<\/b><\/big><\/big><br \/>  <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.beirut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/43053-2-250x188.png\" width=\"100%\"><br \/>  <big>For all you pizza lovers out there (so, everyone) <a href=\"https:\/\/www.beirut.com\/l\/6864\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\"> Pizza Della Casa<\/a> is a gift from the Italian food gods. Not only is it open -and delivers- 24\/7, it also has an amazing standing offer of \u201cbuy one get one free\u201d, available for all pizzas and pastas! For the price of one pizza or pasta, you can have two of them. Choose from a wide range of delicious toppings and sauces, any time of day or night! If that\u2019s not a good deal, I don\u2019t know what is.<\/big><br \/>  <br \/>  <br \/>  <b><big><big>University Crepy<\/b><\/big><\/big><br \/>  <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.beirut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/43053-3-250x170.png\" width=\"100%\"><br \/>  <big>When someone with a sweet tooth is craving melting, sugary deliciousness, few places can satisfy that craving as well as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.beirut.com\/l\/2483\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\"> University Crepy<\/a>. From its small branch on Bliss Street, it offers crepes filled with whatever you want! Yes, you read that right. You can pick as many toppings as you\u2019d like from their extensive menu, making your own mix of sweetness, or you could go for their own concoctions (everyone must try their infamous \u201cAbou
