Below is a list of extreme sport activities that you can enjoy seasonally or year-round.<\/big><br \/>  <br \/>  <b><big><big>1. Paragliding<\/b><\/big><\/big><br \/>  <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.beirut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/43561-1-250x141.png\" width=\"100%\"><br \/>  <big>You can enjoy the view of Jounieh bay or Arz while hanging precariously from a harness. No, we weren\u2019t kidding about a guy having to be strapped behind you. This cool activity is sure to give you a rush!<\/big> <br \/>  <br \/>  <b><big><big>2. Water skiing<\/b><\/big><\/big><br \/>  <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.beirut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/43561-3.png\" width=\"100%\"><br \/>  <big>For those who will settle for not being able to walk on water, this sport is probably the most fun you can have in water. Since we don\u2019t have the waves needed for surfing, this is a great alternative.<\/big> <br \/>  <br \/>  <b><big><big>3. Rafting<\/b><\/big><\/big><br \/>  <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.beirut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/43561-250x169.png\" width=\"100%\"><br \/>  <big>Lebanon has beautiful rivers that stretch for miles, the two most famous being the Assi and Litani rivers. Rafting is a great excuse to grab a few friends and spend the day in a boat, it\u2019s also great exercise!<\/big><br \/>  <br \/>  <b><big><big>4.
