3.Coara<\/a><\/b><\/big><\/big>



Coara is a health food restaurant that offers healthy vegan and organic food made with ingredients right from their own farming fields; all in an outdoorsy setting with beautiful landscape and scenery. Established in 2012, it won the NOWARA award for best women’s economic initiative. They host cooking classes, retreats and events. A truly authentic Lebanese experience.<\/big>


4. Falafel Sahyoun<\/a><\/b><\/big><\/big>



(Almost) everybody loves a good falafel, especially in our part of the world. The best part is that it is a perfect food for vegans and vegetarians: filling, tasty, and widely available. Add lettuce, tomatoes, and tarator sauce to\u00a0your falafel\u00a0sandwich, and you are ready to go!\u00a0
