For most of us, that means (forcefully and regretfully) joining a gym. The upside, at least for me, is the distinct array of characters that you\u2019ll come to know in any given Zumba, body pump, body combat, jazz oriental, cardio yoga, whatever it is. I\u2019m new to the scene, forgive me. I\u2019m sure we\u2019ve missed some though-let us know which ones!<\/big><\/p>\n<p>  <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/reddebtedstepchild.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/Zumba-gif.gif\"width=\"100%\"> <\/p>\n<p>  <b><big><Big>1. The one who keeps.getting.it.all.wrong <\/b><\/big><\/big><\/p>\n<p>  <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gifmania.co.uk\/Fun-Animated-Gifs\/Animated-Funny-People\/Clumsy-People\/Clumsy-Dancer-88015.gif\"width=\"100%\"> <\/p>\n<p>  <big>Bless your heart. The first step is understanding that the mirror is a reflection. The concept of right and left will naturally follow. <\/big><\/p>\n<p>  <B><Big><Big>2. The teacher\u2019s pet<\/big><\/big><\/b><\/p>\n<p>  <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mtv.co.uk\/sites\/default\/files\/styles\/image-w-760-scale\/public\/mtv_uk\/galleries\/large\/2016\/03\/30\/gym-class-queen.gif\"width=\"100%\"><\/p>\n<p>  <Big>This person is one step and kick away from actually taking notes during class. They\u2019re the one you\u2019ll see asking the instructor about a specific move. \u201cAh hek? Aw HEK?\u201d Looks the same and you\u2019re already skinny you literally can\u2019t tone your arms anymore so spare us the public interview. <\/big><\/p>\n<p>  <B><Big><Big>3. The panting social butterfly<\/big><\/big><\/b><\/p>\n<p>  <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/media.giphy.com\/media\/VFDeGtRSHswfe\/giphy.gif\"width=\"100%\"> <\/p>\n<p>  <big>No, I don\u2019t want to talk about which gym has the best Hip Hop Pilates class. This person will ask for your number in the locker room and give you an inappropriately cheerful \u201cHI!\u201d when you walk into class. Like I\u2019m not already in a crappy mood for being here. <\/big><\/p>\n<p>  <b><big><big>4. The one BREAKING. IT. DOWN. <\/big><\/big><\/b> <\/p>\n<p>  <big>Not to be confused with the teacher\u2019s pet, who could be super motivated but at times talentless in the fine art of pseudo-dance. <\/big><\/p>\n<p>  <b><big><big>5. The one coasting through with minimum effort <\/big><\/big><\/b><\/p>\n<p>  <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/media.giphy.com\/media\/wWLNJQt4iavwQ\/giphy.gif\"width=\"100%\"> <\/p>\n<p>  <big>Ah, bless these gems: making a conscious effort to burn as few calories as possible. These people will usually step forward when everyone else is kicking up, or spend most of the power yoga class in child\u2019s pose. Love you guys. You\u2019re my spirit animals. Who says being in a gym means actually making a change? <\/big><\/p>\n<p>  <b><big><big>6. The one who\u2019s in the class just for the mirror<\/big><\/big><\/b><\/p>\n<p>  <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/media.giphy.com\/media\/XAVeUaQBcg2Xe\/giphy.gif\"width=\"100%\"><\/p>\n<p>  <big>Matching socks and headband, one of those shirts that cools your back (because sweat in a gym? NEVER), color-coordinated to boot. They\u2019re making love to their sensual hips during Oriental Dance, or watching themselves pump insane weights while looking Instagram-perfect.<\/big> <\/big><\/p>\n<p>  <b><big><big>7. The one who\u2019s in the class just to post about it on Instagram<\/big><\/big><\/b><\/p>\n<p>  <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/media.giphy.com\/media\/KQib7KvIauqM8\/giphy.gif\"width=\"100%\"><\/p>\n<p>  <big>Because if you don&#8217;t post a picture of yourself at the gym on Instagram, did you even really go
