We\u2019ve rounded up seven deliciously satisfying bowls to keep you warm and cozy this winter.<\/big><br \/>  <br \/>  <br \/>  <b><big><big>1. The Brie Onion Soup at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.beirut.com\/l\/24995\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\">BarTartine<\/a> <\/big><\/big><\/b><br \/>  <br \/>  <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.beirut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/49592-2-250x138.png\" width=\"100%\"><br \/>  <br \/>  <big>You will simply fall in love with this deliciously upgraded onion soup; it comes with creamy melted Brie, house-made sourdough bread, and sweet brown onions. So good!  Be sure to also try the farmer\u2019s green soup (a fresh veggie soup) and the Roma tomato soup (a fresh and light tomato basil soup). <\/big><br \/>  <br \/>  <br \/>  <b><big><big>2. The seafood soba soup at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.beirut.com\/l\/7548\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\">Kampai<\/a> <\/big><\/big><\/b><br \/>  <br \/>  <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.beirut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/49592-5.png\" width=\"100%\"><br \/>  <br \/>  <big>Kampai has soups for you to choose from, all of which are great. The seafood soba soup is delicious and filling with generous amounts of seafood and soba noodles in a spicy stock. Be sure to also give their miso soup a try; simple and full of flavor with miso, seaweed, spring onion, black mushrooms, and tofu! Slurp away.<\/big><br \/>  <br \/>  <br \/>  <b><big><big>3. The Tom Yum Goon at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.beirut.com\/l\/22884\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\">Jai<\/a> <\/big><\/big><\/b><br \/>  <br \/>  <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.beirut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/49592-250x155.png\" width=\"100%\"><br \/>  <br \/>  <big>Let me start off by saying that everything at Jai is delicious! I would suggest every single item on their menu, and it is preferable to dine in so you are able to order their ginger beignets for dessert &#8211; I promise you\u2019ll have a foodgasm.  As for their soups, the must try is the Tom Yum Goon, a spicy shrimp and lemongrass soup with cherry tomatoes. Deliciously perfect.<\/big><br \/>  <br \/>  <br \/>  <b><big><big>4. The Wild Mushroom Soup at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.beirut.com\/l\/182\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\">Casper &#038; Gambini&#8217;s<\/a> <\/big><\/big><\/b><br \/>  <br \/>  <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.beirut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/49592-3-250x167.png\" width=\"100%\"><br \/>  <br \/>  <big>At Casper &#038; Gambini\u2019s,  your soup options are definitely not limited, and the chefs are always adding weekly special soups (like pumpkin soups!) so be sure to check them out! The wild mushroom soup is a generous bowl of wild mushrooms, fresh leeks, and their special seasoning, served with a soft bun. It is a creamy, hearty, and warming soup that will leave you enchanted! Isn\u2019t that what mushroom do anyways?  Be sure to also try their tangy and delicious tomato basil soup.<\/big><br \/>  <br \/>  <br \/>  <b><big><big>5.
