Upon entering, you’ll know that you’ve stepped into something a little different, with sensual dim lighting and Japanese blossom trees scattered around the place – transporting you into a different world. Once you\u2019re seated, your waitress will bring you a paper to sign, pledging that you\u2019re ready to \u201csurrender\u201d to the full SteakBarSushi experience. \u201cYour five senses will be pushed to the limit\u201d it said. I must admit, I was afraid. However, a short moment after, I noticed the cluster of knives that were resting on our table, butcher\u2019s knives, that you can choose from to help you carve in your steak.



This is definitely not the place to bring your significant other if you\u2019re about to break up with them.

It wasn\u2019t long after arriving that the owner, Charbel, popped by to our table to introduce himself. From a long line of butchers, Charbel handpicks all the meat himself, which explains why every last detail was nothing short of perfect. And we mean every last detail. The salt isn\u2019t re-packaged Spinney\u2019s salt, but Himalayan salt soaked in wine for the perfect taste. The beer is imported from Monaco (at 8,000 L.L. \u2013 cheaper than Almaza in most pubs), and the sauces freshly made with the finest ingredients.
