The nostalgia kicks in as you begin to slowly unwrap your little treat and reaches its peak once you\u2019ve sunk your teeth full on into its thin layer of chocolate, leaving your lips covered in white filling, just like the good old days!<br \/>  <br \/>  <br \/>  <B>2. Next thing you know you gotta join the dance.<\/b><br \/>  <br \/>  <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.beirut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/51856-1.png\"><br \/>  Image via thisisbeirut.wordpress.com<br \/>  <br \/>  Another undisputed classic, Dabk\u00e9 biscuits\u2019 authentic taste will always serve as a reminiscent of Lebanese childhood. Gandour introduced a new loukoum flavor in 2014 but it hasn\u2019t quite managed to rival the original.<br \/>  <br \/>  <br \/>  <B>3. And maybe stop to admire the clean-cut architectural shape of these lil\u2019 cakes.<\/b><br \/>  <br \/>  <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.beirut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/51856-2.png\"><br \/>  <br \/>  With a wide range of delicious fillings, Yamama layered cakes were a staple elementary school snack that your parents would most likely buy in boxes. A cupcake edition was recently released in stores, yet the shape of the original layer cakes remains too fulfilling to be topped!<br \/>  <br \/>  <br \/>  <B>4. Just before you get to double up the fun with a bit of caramel in the mix.<\/b><br \/>  <br \/>  <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.beirut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/51856-3.png\"><br \/>  <br \/>  This Twix-style treat was majorly thought after in just any school <i>dekken\u00e9<\/i> back in the day. Just right for sharing with your childhood best friend!<br \/>  <br \/>  <br \/>  <b>5. Or embark on your very own safari adventure.<\/b><br \/>  <br \/>  <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.beirut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/51856-4.png\"><br \/>  <br \/>  We now move on to this crunchy chocolate wafer mix, a camouflage-wrapped adventure you would hardly miss as a kid that still tickles your nostalgia whenever spotted on a supermarket shelf.<br \/>  <br \/>  <br \/>  <b>6. But then you might start longing for simpler pleasures.<\/b><br \/>  <br \/>  <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.beirut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/51856-5.png\"><br \/>  <br \/>  Remember this one? It looks like it has been discontinued since we could not find it among the current products on Gandour\u2019s official website but we would surely love to have it back!<br \/>  <br \/>  <br \/>  <B>7. So simple yet so delightfully fulfilling\u2026<\/b><br \/>  <br \/>  <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.beirut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/51856-6.png\"><br \/>  <br \/>  If this was not THE wafer of your childhood, then you might want to reconsider your entire past. Light in calories but not lacking in taste, Unica remains a fan favorite for many Gandour lovers. It is also the product that boasts the most varieties among its counterparts: the original can be found in two sizes (18 and 24 mg), a two-finger version and a large little bites version as well as new dark chocolate, caramel and hazelnut flavors.<br \/>  <br \/>  <br \/>  <b>8. The journey also allows you to enjoy all these colorful flavors at once. <\/b><br \/>  <br \/>  <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.beirut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/51856-7.png\"><br \/>  <br \/>  Speaking of flavors, Tutti Frutti holds a special place in our hearts, notably because of the excitement that came in with every bite as we tried to guess what flavor is coming next. Which one was your favorite?<br \/>  <br \/>  <br \/>  <B>9. Or you could just pick one\u2026<\/b><br \/>  <br \/>  <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.beirut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/51856-8.png\"><br \/>  <br \/>  You most probably remember Pik-One because of how much you used to confuse it with Kit-Kat as a kid. But it seems like it has come a long way since then with two recently introduced variations (coconut and peanut) in addition to the original 4-fingers wafer.<br \/>  <br \/>  <br \/>  <B>10. But, no matter where you go, you\u2019ll always end up coming back to street 555!<\/B><br \/>  <br \/>  <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.beirut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/51856-9.png\"><br \/>  <br \/>  Lucky 555 biscuits forever!
