2. Grilled Salmon at Pool Caf\u00e9<\/a> at Grand Hills Hotel & Spa<\/a><\/b><\/p>\n

You wouldn\u2019t expect to find one of the best grilled salmon filets in Broumana at the beautiful Grand Hills Hotel & Spa\u2019s own restaurant, Pool Caf\u00e9. The salmon is perfectly cooked and served with a side of creamy spinach, baby potatoes, and citrus dressing. The spinach was my choice of buttery dressing.<\/p>\n

3. Grilled Salmon at Le Gastronome<\/a><\/b><\/p>\n

If you find yourself in the Jbeil District, this newly opened restaurant offers a number of fine dishes you can enjoy at affordable prices. The grilled salmon was a favourite at our table!<\/p>\n

4. Salmon & Couscous at Bar Tartine<\/a><\/b><\/p>\n

The Salmon & Couscous \u201cmain act\u201d is one of my regular orders at Bar Tartine (that and the Mozzarella Eggplant toasted ciabatta). The salmon steak is paired with steamed vegetables, fluffy couscous, and the most delicious lobster bisque sauce. Always ask for more sauce!<\/p>\n

5. Eggs Benedict with Smoked Salmon at The Beazbee<\/a><\/b><\/p>\n

The most delicious eggs benedict with salmon in Lebanon is at The Beazbee; it will forever be on our list. End your brunch with waffles and pancakes, because brunch = two meals. No guilt!<\/p>\n

6. Salmon en Croute at The Four Seasons Hotel Beirut<\/a><\/b><\/p>\n

We had a delicious baked salmon en croute the other weekend at The Four Seasons Hotel\u2019s famous Sunday brunch. It\u2019s truly a must try with a side of creamy cheesy corn and some veggies to feel less guilty.<\/p>\n

7. Marinated Salmon on Ice at Le Sushi Bar<\/a><\/b><\/p>\n

Of course, all kinds of sushi with salmon are delicious at Le Sushi Bar. The Marinated Salmon in particular is what you can\u2019t skip. This dish on ice is so fresh and the white miso dressing is remarkable.<\/p>\n

8. Scottish Smoked Salmon Bagel at Gordon\u2019s Caf\u00e9<\/a> at Le Gray Hotel<\/a><\/b><\/p>\n

The deconstructed smoked salmon bagel at Gordon\u2019s Caf\u00e9 at Le Gray Hotel features quality Scottish smoked salmon, a toasted bagel, thick cream cheese, salty capers, and a slice of lemon. It\u2019s pretty fun to build your own bagel!<\/p>\n

9. Salmon (and Tuna) Ceviche at Gilt<\/a><\/b><\/p>\n

The Ceviche at Gilt comes in 3s. You get a Tuna Tartar, a Salmon Tartar, and a Guacamole-esque Tartar. It\u2019s one of my favourite fresh dishes at Gilt in Saifi Downtown Beirut. On another note, desserts are always changing so it\u2019s fun to visit this lux restaurant and try something new each time \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n

10. Salmon Tartar at SUD Restobar<\/a><\/b><\/p>\n

I absolutely loved this twist on salmon tartar with the raw mix served with mini tortillas to scoop it all up! This salmon dish is a very refreshing appetizer that is perfect for sharing.<\/p>\n
