Easy, we know a surgeon for that. <\/p>\n<p>  Here are 10 things you know growing up with a \u201cbig\u201d nose in Lebanon, whatever big means.<\/p>\n<p>  <b>1. In case you weren\u2019t aware that you have a big nose, everyone you know will point it out<\/b><\/p>\n<p>  <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/media.giphy.com\/media\/l0HlJ7aAQyvjxM6B2\/giphy.gif\"width=\"60%\"><\/p>\n<p>  <b>2.
