The board of directors also pointed out that during January 2020 alone, 240 establishments had shut their doors<\/b>. This was blamed on the unstable pricing disparity between the dollar and Lira’s black market and official values, as well as the general disintegration of the economy.

Of these restaurants and establishments, Frosty’s Vegan Palace, Gruen Eatery, Ballouta’s vegan restaurant, much of Le Mall Habtour’s shops, as well as Grand Cafe’s downtown store to name a few.
