But the depth and severity of the current situation have left us with no choice but to permanently close our establishment,&#8221; their caption read. <br \/>  <br \/>  Balthus was one of the very high-end restaurants in the country, and its pricing model would have made no sense given the current economy. <br \/>  <br \/>  We can&#8217;t help but think of all the employees and businesses that
