Beloved Mar Mikhael restaurant <B><a href=\"https:\/\/www.beirut.com\/l\/16886\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\">Tavolina<\/a><\/b> has rebuilt and is now open once again following the horrifying August 4 explosion. <br \/>  <br \/>  One of many restaurants affected in the area, the Italian spot was severely damaged by the bomb and had to rebuild its entire facade, interior, and kitchen.
