The plan is to gradually reopen the country in four phases, with the first starting on February 8th until the 22nd. <br \/>  <br \/>  &#8211; 24 hour curfew to remain in place, you must take permission through the platform to be allowed out.<br \/>  <br \/>  &#8211; Supermarkets, markets, bakeries, and the like will be open until 5 PM<br \/>  <br \/>  &#8211; Banks are to open and receive customers up to 20% capacity.<br \/>  <br \/>  &#8211; In order to go to a supermarket or bank, you must file a request, after which you will be asked to scan a QR code upon entering and leaving. <br \/>  <br \/>  <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.beirut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/61454.png\"><br \/>  <br \/>  &#8211; Medical supply producers and food factories will be allowed to open.<br \/>  <br \/>  &#8211; Restaurants, clubs, skiing sites, and other venues will not open until phase 4. <br \/>  <br \/>  &#8211; Construction sites and outdoor gyms will be opened in phase
