To make things even worse, the event is called &#8220;THE BLAST&#8221;.<br \/>  <br \/>    <blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\"><p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">So a party is being hosted on August 3rd under the name of \u201cTHE BLAST\u201d. The DJs that agreed to this party &#8211; What is wrong with you? How are the organizers okay with celebrating and partying on a day where half of our capital was WIPED and thousands lost their homes? <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/JYjQA47jHo\">pic.twitter.com\/JYjQA47jHo<\/a><\/p>\u2014 Emilio\ud83d\ude3a (@WehbeEmilio) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/WehbeEmilio\/status\/1418526092873412613?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">July 23, 2021<\/a><\/blockquote> <script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script>  <br \/>  <br \/>  Almost a year after the blast and we are still suffering the repercussions, not only the physical damages inflicted on the city, but the psychological and economical as well. We&#8217;re unsure as to how none of the people taking part in the event realized the extent of its insensitivity, or who thought this was a good idea in the first place.<br \/>  <br \/>  Regardless, there is a huge ethical responsibility on Lebanese people when it comes to the state of the country.
