A year later, they have installed windows, ceilings, and doors and are now reinstalling its administrative quarters and archeological storerooms.<br \/>  <br \/>  <iframe title=\"Embedded Instagram Post\" allowtransparency=\"true\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" frameborder=\"0\" height=\"532\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/CMW33k1sjHM\/embed\/\" scrolling=\"no\" style=\"background: white; max-width: 540px; width: calc(100% - 2px); border-radius: 3px; border: 1px solid rgb(219, 219, 219); box-shadow: none; display: block; margin: 12px 0px 12px !important; min-width: 326px; padding: 0px;\"><\/iframe><br \/>  Ongoing construction has been affecting the museum&#8217;s reopening, but by now 95% of the work has been done and the museum is finally ready to receive visitors. <br \/>  <br \/>  Initially, the museum raised funds abroad to be able to secure materials and be open to the public with a new virtual exhibition of its collection online.<br \/>  <br \/>  <iframe title=\"Embedded Instagram Post\" allowtransparency=\"true\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" frameborder=\"0\" height=\"532\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/CMVJln6spQP\/embed\/\" scrolling=\"no\" style=\"background: white; max-width: 540px; width: calc(100% - 2px); border-radius: 3px; border: 1px solid rgb(219, 219, 219); box-shadow: none; display: block; margin: 12px 0px 12px !important; min-width: 326px; padding: 0px;\"><\/iframe><br \/>  However, extensive renovations are not yet complete and further funding is still required.<br \/>  <br \/>  The National Museum of Beirut which boasts a collection of Lebanese sculptures dating back from prehistoric times to the Ottoman period has survived wars and invasions, including Lebanon\u2019s 1975-1990 civil war.<br \/>  <br \/>  <iframe title=\"Embedded Instagram Post\" allowtransparency=\"true\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" frameborder=\"0\" height=\"532\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/CREm1G0soaw\/embed\/\" scrolling=\"no\" style=\"background: white; max-width: 540px; width: calc(100% - 2px); border-radius: 3px; border: 1px solid rgb(219, 219, 219); box-shadow: none; display: block; margin: 12px 0px 12px !important; min-width: 326px; padding: 0px;\"><\/iframe><br \/>  We are happy that this national treasure is back!
