On the list are also Saida, Bourj Hammoud, Nabatieh, Chiah, Hermel, and many more. The power cuts have also been affecting hospitals, which are unable to provide proper healthcare services to their patients due to the power cuts. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.beirut.com\/l\/62296\"target=_new\">Six hospitals are already at risk of closure<\/a>, just a month after the Sibline Governmental Hospital <a href=\"https:\/\/www.beirut.com\/l\/62194\"target=_new\">closed its doors<\/a> due to the fuel crisis.<br \/>  <br \/>  With no fuel to keep backup generators running amidst constant electricity cuts, we are witnessing an absolute collapse of a country.
