Pole dancing has become a popular sport and art form, drawing in people from varying flexibility levels all of whom have one thing in common: wanting to express themselves while having a good time.<br \/>  <br \/>  Joining our host Lynn on this episode is Laura Ayoub, known as Lolypole, founder of the Lebanese Pole Fit Academy. Through their conversation, you will learn how Laura got introduced to pole dancing at a friend\u2019s bachelorette, her general class and safety rules, the different styles of pole dancing, as well
