Afram mastered the art of Asian fusion cuisine at Scully St. James\u2019s<\/a>, worked at Michelin Star restaurant HIDE<\/a> in London, then decided to move to Montreal to became part a of a new restaurant called Mezzmiz<\/a> specialized in modern Lebanese cuisine.

Last year, the chef merged his cooking and editing skills together and began posting culinary tutorials in English on Instagram and TikTok<\/a>. He films himself teaching audiences meals with a wide smile and an unmatched enthusiasm which resulted him receiving overwhelming responses instantly!
