Fransabank said it would not reopen until the order was reversed. <br \/>  <br \/>    <blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\"><p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Fransabank closed their 50 branches across the manner\u201d.<br \/>  <br \/>  Last week, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.beirut.com\/l\/63294\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\">five CEOs of Lebanese banks were placed on no-fly lists<\/a> by judge Ghada Aoun who issued a similar decision yesterday to extend the same to Credit Bank and its chairman, Tarek Khalifeh.<br \/>  <br \/>  Aoun also placed an asset freeze on the bank, preventing them from
