Frankly, we\u2019re quite bored of them, so this is our official plea to abolish these 9 Lebanese tropes.<\/p>\n<p>  <B>1. Eslem-masi7iye coexistence<\/b><\/p>\n<p>  The church and mosque pictures TOGETHER? Done with that.<\/p>\n<p>  <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/c.tenor.com\/LPmEuq622YAAAAAC\/forbidden-i-know-its-forbidden.gif\" width=\"70%\"><\/p>\n<p>  <B>2. The Phoenix rising from the ashes<\/b><\/p>\n<p>  Maybe they don\u2019t want to rise? Did you ever think of that?<\/p>\n<p>  <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/media.tenor.com\/jeYQqqAnG2UAAAAC\/fenixtotal.gif\" width=\"70%\"><\/p>\n<p>  <B>3. Paris of the Middle East<\/b><\/p>\n<p>  Thankfully, this trope has <i>kinda<\/i> died. But it was revived as a &#8220;remember when Beirut was Paris of the Middle East&#8221; trope. Stfu, shokran.<\/p>\n<p>  <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/media.giphy.com\/media\/KvgQDASXOd1xC\/giphy.gif\" width=\"70%\"><\/p>\n<p>  <B>4. The mighty Arze<\/b><\/p>\n<p>  A symbol of strength and unity that can survive and thrive in the harshest of circumstances&#8230;or maybe it\u2019s just a tree.<\/p>\n<p>  <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i.pinimg.com\/736x\/93\/ef\/56\/93ef56680ac2f23607534cd4f60b80fa--bonsai-canada.jpg\" width=\"70%\"><\/p>\n<p>  <B>5. We\u2019re not like other Arabs<\/b><\/p>\n<p>  *Phoenicians have left the chat*<\/p>\n<p>  <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/media2.giphy.com\/media\/xT5LMXMQlSg5Kt90go\/giphy.gif\" width=\"70%\"><\/p>\n<p>  <B>6. Woo they party through everything!<\/b><\/p>\n<p>  Do we actually though? Who were the people partying? Where? Resilience<\/b><\/p>\n<p>  Let\u2019s just dump all the resilience tropes. We\u2019re really not all that resilient w currently 3am nenhar 3ala azghar inconvenience.<\/p>\n<p>  <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.dribbble.com\/users\/886630\/screenshots\/6810363\/tor-dribbble.gif\" width=\"70%\"><\/p>\n<p>  <B>8. Our entrepreneurial spirit<\/b><\/p>\n<p>  Lebanon is not blessed with a talented pool of genetically innate entrepreneurs, it\u2019s mostly daddy\u2019s kids and a few people who have worked extra hard.<\/p>\n<p>  <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i.gifer.com\/origin\/e8\/e885a41fe4a5ac1101e5257f10245020.gif\" width=\"70%\"><\/p>\n<p>  <B>9. Ski to beach in 30 minutes<\/b><\/p>\n<p>  The ultimate trope, the king of Lebanese tropes if you will.
