Your bank\u2019s new random policy of the day<\/b>  If you withdraw any money between 9:53 AM and 11:21 AM, an extra 15% morning fee is charged.  <b>2. Traffic<\/b>  Which road is closed? Who\u2019s double parked where? There\u2019s just traffic for no reason?  <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/media.tenor.com\/XjNbHQ6b8TgAAAAC\/unreliable-and-unpredictable-unstable.gif\" width=\"70%\">  <b>3. The temperature<\/b>  Jacket and a t-shirt, safe bet.  <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/media1.giphy.com\/media\/l378nQAeexVYyjqs8\/giphy.gif\" width=\"70%\">  <b>4.
