We have a lot to look forward to this summer<\/a>, but nothing gets more exciting than the Baalbek International Festival<\/strong>. This year for the 2023 edition, the festival will see a variety of famous artists from around the world converge on its famous temple steps. Here’s everything we know about this year’s festival.

The full schedule for the Baalbek International Festival 2023 is as follows:

– Saturday, July 1: Roberto Bolle and Friends. Tickets: $75 – $50 – $25<\/strong>
– Sunday, July 2: The Al-Kindi Ensemble with Sheikh Hamed Daoud and the Damscus Whirling Dervishes. Tickets: $60 – $40 – $20
– Friday, July 7: Roots In Our Hands From Spain and Lebanon by Nacho Arimany. Tickets: $60 – $40 – $20<\/strong>
– Friday, July 14: Melhem Zein. Tickets: $60 – $40 – $20
– Sunday, July 16: Imany – Voodoo Cello. Tickets: $60 – $40 – $20<\/strong>

All of these will be held at the steps of Bacchus temple at 8:00 PM sharp.

The return of the Baalbek International Festival for a 2023 edition is a welcome sight for Lebanon’s nascent cultural scene. We are excited to see the performances that will come out of the historic Roman temples.<\/p>

The Baalbek International Festival was founded in 1956<\/a> under President Camille Chamoun, the festival has taken several breaks, including the civil war and pandemic. It returned in a limited edition last year. The current president of its volunteer executive committee is Nayla De Freige.
