Ammo Amin had his own butcher shop in Dhour Choueir many years ago before opening &#8220;Malhamat El-Qiyama&#8221; in the heart of Gemmayze. Walking into his butcher shop you&#8217;ll be met with his kind smile and the smell of fresh meat and spices.
