Though Lebanese people are quite familiar with the traditional meshta7 bread, the Jnoubi version sets itself apart as it&#8217;s made with local jrish &#8220;coarsely ground&#8221; wheat that is mixed with sesame and nigella seeds.<\/p>    <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>   <iframe title=\"Embedded Instagram Post\" allowtransparency=\"true\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" frameborder=\"0\" height=\"532\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/CFoWkW7JLQ-\/embed\/\" scrolling=\"no\" style=\"background: white; max-width: 540px; width: calc(100% - 2px); border-radius: 3px; border: 1px solid rgb(219, 219, 219); box-shadow: none; display: block; margin: 12px 0px 12px !important; min-width: 326px; padding: 0px;\"><\/iframe>   <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>    <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The meshta7 varies from village to village in Jabal Amel. In my village, &#8220;Aaba,&#8221; and neighboring villages like Ansar, Dweir, and Jibchit, it&#8217;s used to make zaatar manouche. They&#8217;re often enjoyed with local zaatar, cheese, yogurt, tomatoes, and onions.
