At first, I thought she was joking&#8230;because what do you mean your sister&#8217;s married to the head of the FIFA organization? But it turned out to be true. <\/p>    <p><\/p>    <p>Anyway, the perfect opportunity to write content emerged, and here we are.<\/p>    <div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>    <h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-who-is-leena-al-ashqar\">Who is Leena Al Ashqar?<\/h3>    <p>Originally from Chouf, she tends to keep a very low profile, so there&#8217;s not much information about her. According to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.the-sun.com\/sport\/6689471\/fifa-president-gianni-infantinos-wife-world-cup-2022\/?utm_source=chatgpt.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">The Sun<\/a>, she and Infantino met back in the early 2000s when she was working with the Lebanese Football Federation. <\/p>    <p><\/p>    <p>According to <a href=\"https:\/\/arabic.rt.com\/news\/813030-%D8%AA%D8%B9%D8%B1%D9%81-%D8%B1%D8%A6%D9%8A%D8%B3-%D8%A7%D9%84%D9%81%D9%8A%D9%81%D8%A7-%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AC%D8%AF%D9%8A%D8%AF-%D8%A5%D9%86%D9%81%D8%A7%D9%86%D8%AA%D9%8A%D9%86%D9%88-%D8%A7%D9%84%D9%84%D8%A8%D9%86%D8%A7%D9%86%D9%8A%D8%A9-%D9%84%D9%8A%D9%86%D8%A7\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">RT Arabic<\/a>, she was invited to participate in a seminar for secretaries-general of Asian national federations, held in Neuch\u00e2tel in 1999 in collaboration with FIFA and UEFA. She doesn\u2019t make many public appearances, but she occasionally attends FIFA events and official gatherings alongside her husband.<\/p>    <p><\/p>    <p>Gianni Infantino went on to become FIFA president in February 2016, succeeding Sepp Blatter. Since then, he has played a pivotal role in overseeing major football events.
