What comes out of the ground there ends up in the <strong>daily baskets<\/strong> sold at the cafe, a rotating mix of seasonal vegetables, fruits, and greens that changes with what is actually in season. With construction spearheaded by the ecological design company <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/a.true.triangle\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">A True Triangle<\/a>, Beyond Organic&#8217;s interiors lean into natural materials, earthy textures, and handcrafted details, the kind that feels breathable rather than styled. It is a fitting backdrop for what Beyond Organic is actually offering: fresh produce, flowers and plants, healthy meals, good coffee, and quiet corners to sit with a book or get some work done.<\/p>    <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>    <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>    <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Breakfast is where the place really shows off. Expect a spread built for sharing: labneh with herbs, foul, a jar of wild greens, olives, fresh vegetables, eggs cooked simply, warm bread straight off the saj, and a plate of arugula with tomatoes and cheese.
