You will still see the following vehicles on the road during the restricted hours:<\/p>    <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>    <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Military, fire, ambulance, and civil defense vehicles.<\/p>    <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Fuel, gas, and drinking water tankers.<\/p>    <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Trucks transporting livestock, grain, wheat, barley, corn, and flour.<\/p>    <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Refrigerated trucks and containers carrying fresh produce, meats, or pharmaceuticals.<\/p>    <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Liquid concrete mixers, concrete pumps, and asphalt trucks.<\/p>    <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>    <h3 id=\"h-local-delivery-rules-and-rest-stops\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Local Delivery Rules and Rest Stops<\/h3>    <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>    <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To keep urban centers moving, regional governors now have the authority to set localized timing restrictions for commercial deliveries and garbage collection.
