What is bingsu, you might ask? <\/p>    <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>    <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It&#8217;s a Korean shaved-ice dessert made with finely shaved milk ice that has a soft, snow-like texture. It&#8217;s usually topped with fruit, sweet sauces, ice cream, and other treats, making it a little different from your usual scoop of ice cream. It&#8217;s actually every day3a&#8217;s favorite winter treat, and it&#8217;s called <a href=\"https:\/\/www.beirut.com\/en\/707224\/ya2sama-every-day3as-favorite-winter-treat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ya2sama<\/a>. It&#8217;s basically the equivalent of a snow cone. First timers can ask their staff for recommendations, but we&#8217;ve got a few options you could go for. The Pistachio Snow Mountain comes with pistachio ice cream, crunchy kataifi, and pistachio cream, while the Lotus Avalanche piles on Lotus cheesecake bites, Biscoff biscuits, and Lotus drizzle.<\/p>    <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>    <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you&#8217;re more of a chocolate person, The Fudgy Brownie comes loaded with brownie chunks and chocolate sauce.
