Colonel Beer Brewery: A Boozy, Breezy, Barbeque-Filled Getaway
You know those days when you wake up and just want to escape the city for a sun-filled day that doesn’t necessarily involve the beach? Colonel Beer Brewery is the perfect place for days like that.
Whether you’re a beer drinker or not, that’s besides the point. Although Colonel Beer is one of Lebanon’s best brews, the setting of its brewery is as scenic as its beer is tasty.
Located in the heart of Batroun, Colonel Beer Brewery is the perfect getaway for those seeking a different kind of weekend lunch spot – where you can lounge on the picnic tables on the massive patio or sit right on the grass for a picnic themed outing.
It’s a dog friendly venue, so you’re bound to spend half of your time there petting one of the many dogs that sit between the picnic tables, specifically those of the owners, appropriately named after different types of beer, like ‘Beera’ and ‘Lager’.
For those seeking a more concise plan, head to Colonel on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 7PM for their open wings and beer night. We all know what that means: pay $22 dollars and compete with your friends about how many wings you can scarf down while chugging as much as you can of the best brew in town.

If you’d rather visit the venue for a more relaxing activity, pass by Colonel on Saturday mornings for their soothing yoga sessions, and stick by until nighttime to unwind in a different way at their live DJ Saturday nights.
Aside from their exquisite beers, Colonel Beer Brewery is perhaps most well-known for its Sunday Barbeques which take place alongside live bands.
