Thanks to the local grocer Fadi Fruits, this age old joke has finally come to life.
Introducing, bouza 3a koussa (courgette ice cream), the least tempting dessert anyone can ever think of. This is like a when they tried to make tofu into cheeseburgers – no. Or when they tried to stick beets and avocados into our brownies – huge no.
Either way, if you’re so inclined you can try this summer treat at Fadi Fruits – I know I will.
