Cedars Ground Campsite

Cedar’s Ground Campsite is your escape from the hustle and bustle of the city to the serene atmosphere that is provided by the Lebanese Cedar trees. They only have three rules: Keep it clean, keep it down, and be a good camper.

Activities you can enjoy on the campsite are guided hikes, biking, horseback riding, star gazing, communal cooking, apple picking, wild herbs foraging, workshops & special events, visiting historical landmarks in the Chouf area.

The administration provide the tents and mattresses, and the rest of the camping supplies is on you. There are bathrooms, outdoor showers, an equipped kitchen and a BBQ area on the premises. Atelier Assaf, a stone sculpting museum/garden, and Coara, a vegan home made restaurant are also cool spots to check out while you’re there.
