Established back in 2016, Guruvise is a peer-to-peer platform that connects learners and educators from various academic fields and backgrounds in a quick and hassle-free arrangement.
For 3 years now, Guruvise has worked towards building a successful knowledge-sharing community and becoming the premiere academic companion to students. They grew from a small group of 20 tutors to a team of 80 trusted and qualified educators, covering more than 480 subjects! That has translated into endless opportunities for learning and teaching.
Today, and in an effort to further simplify the tutoring process, Guruvise is developing a mobile app to help students from various fields, levels, and institutions find a qualified tutor.
Additionally, they are planning to adapt a Smart-Match Algorithm in the application, which aims to instantaneously match students – depending on their weaknesses – with competent tutors that can help the students overcome these hitches.
All the tutors listed on the app will be pre-screened and vetted, which means that students will have the opportunity to review educators’ relevant experience, rates, and much more.
Although tutoring may be considered a premium service, Guruvise are preparing packages tailored to better serve students from all social classes. So you don’t have to worry about expensive one-on-one sessions!
