Price Of Bread Increases To 2,250 Lira As Of Today
As the economic crisis continues to deteriorate in Lebanon with no end in sight and ZERO plans from the powers that be, the price of a bag of bread has finally increased.
The head of the syndicate of bakeries confirmed the rise in pricing, stating that it’s due to the worldwide increase in the price of flour.
As has been anticipated for a while now, as subsidies get “redirected” and everything gets more expensive, a bag of bread will now cost 2,250 LL – previously 2,000 LL.
Our hearts are with everyone struggling to feed their families with no help from an incompetent government.
