Pierre Rabbat And Guests Bully Tony Kattoura
Pierre Rabbat is at it again, proving that Lebanese entertainment shows are just purely disgusting.
Yesterday night, Rabbat and his guests blatantly started bullying social media sensation and singer “Tony Kattoura”, on Rabbat’s show “3a Gheir Kawkab”. Kattoura had recently gained attention for his catchy and silly songs that entertain so many of us during lockdown.
The so-called celebrities and “artists” did not hold back, calling Kattoura a fool, among other unnecessary and demeaning insults.
Among the obnoxious guests was one hit wonder Yuri Mrakadi, who chose to refer to the singer as a “thing” as opposed to a human. Someone is clearly bitter that his last 100 songs flopped.
Rabbat’s initial decision to create this segment on the show was because he was upset that Kattoura was trending, while his show – which we still don’t understand the point of – wasn’t. Just a reminder, Pierre: if bullying people for doing something they love is the only way you can get views, we think you should start looking for another job. Clearly, entertainment is not for you, considering this is the only type of content you have on your show.
This is not the first time Rabbat received backlash over his show. Back in 2019, when Rabbat was hosting his show “Menna w Jerr”, comedian (or at least that’s what he calls himself) Nady Abou Chabke enacted a racist depiction of what he thinks a housekeeper looks and talks like.
As for the rest of your “celebrity” guests, there’s quite a big difference between being opinionated and being an asshole. You guys are the latter.
In any case, big thanks to Tony Kattoura for making lockdown a little bit more bearable.
